Let me start by saying during our stay Carmen was very reachable to get taxis throughout our time. Other than that I would not stay at this location. I was told his was one place but when we arrived it was 2 separate apartments which was inconvenient. Upon arrival it was very difficult to the find this location we waited out it the rain for over 30 min sending photos of where we were and they kept saying to wait she will find us until later she said you’re in the wrong spot. Once arrival to apartments fixtures were missing, only 1 of 4 ac worked. Tv in one of the apartments did not work. Black mold in the bathroom and dust throughout. Carmen was notified of mold she sent someone to clean but unfortunately we were busy and never came back. Some lights were not working, not all outlets worked. Beds felt like sleeping in the floor. Great things were a beautiful view, large terrace, spacious area, washer in room with space to hang clothes, pull out couches and storage if needed.

The apartment set up was not as advertised. We rented the 2 bedroom unit, however, we ended up with a one bedroom. They were quick to "fix" the situation and we applaud thier effort, but it was not ideal. The fix was to give us the apartment next door as and " upgrade". It would have been okay, but we have 3 kids and so we had to split our family up. Not how we wanted to spend our family vacation in Ravello. Wifi was not working, and the repairman never showed up. We did some laundry , but there were no clothespins to hang the clothes to dry. We just did the best we could. Several kitchen and household amenities were lacking, including a broom and dustpan, so we could clean up after ourselves, potholders, baking sheets, kitchen linens, and a coffee maker. We asked several times for the clothespins and a broom- they were never brought to us. Other than that, the apartments were sparkling clean and air conditioning worked great! Very spacious too. Be prepared for a lot of walking upstairs to the town. 259 stairs according to my husband. But lots of fun shops and restaurants.

Incredible views, close proximity to piazza, lovely and friendly hostess, and overall great value! We would stay here again! Free parking for small vehicles; for our van parking was right up the road, only a few Euro per day.
