Welcome to the Apartments "Maneggio Gaviano" The country stone house is located near the town of Matzaccara in south-west Sardinia. Close to the great flat water kitesurf spot Punta Trettu. (3 minutes by car) The three seperate units share a garden, but each have separate terraces. The house is part of the property of the stables "Maneggio Gaviano". It is ideal for your kitesurfing or horseback riding holidays in Sardinia or for exploring southern Sardinia. The apartment is private accommodation in a beautiful little Sardinian country house. All three units share the large garden, but each has its own terrace. Parking is available on the fully fenced property. The apartment consists of a very large main room that serves as a kitchen, dining room and living room. Adjacent is a spacious double bedroom. As well as a bathroom with shower. Outside there is seating in the garden and on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need to cook. Towels and bed linen as well as blankets and pillows are provided. If necessary, the washing machine can also be used.

Super nette und freundliche Hosts! Alles sehr unkompliziert, einfach und flexibel. Rustikales Ambiente im Apartment mit allem was man fürs tägliche Leben braucht. Location ideal für den Kitespot und Pferdeliebhaber :)
Location facile à trouver avec parking. Bon emplacement pour rayonner dans la région (spot de kitesurf à proximité immédiate : impressionnant et joli à regarder). Hôtes sympathiques.
Rustikale Unterkunft mit uriger Einrichtung (typisch Landhaus eben). Die Unterkunft liegt zwar abgelegen und daher in ruhiger Umgebung. Dennoch lassen sich von dort aus mit dem Auto viele schöne Tagesausflüge machen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die äußerst netten Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!
nous avons passé un super séjour chez Birgit et Mattia. Grâce à Mattia, nous avons pu faire du kite à Punta tretu, à 5 minutes en voiture. Tout était parfait. Birgit est très cool et très a l'écoute. Je recommande. Philippe.
Lieu isolé et donc très calme. Le jardin et le lave linge sont partagés avec les 2 autres logements attenants. Penser à profiter des balades à cheval car les écuries sont juste en face 🙂
