Expensive, but worth the price tag. The building amenities are amazing! The unit is spacious and offers a lot of natural lighting. The appliances were top notch. The rooms can get a little toasty with the sun. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Communication was excellent. Thank you Blueground!

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom unit with lots of light and great views. The floor to ceiling glass and open kitchen/dining/living areas make the common spaces feel very roomy. We found the pictures provided a very accurate depiction of the unit and there were no surprises. We did a lot of cooking and were concerned about how well the kitchen would be stocked for a long stay. We needn't have worried, as the amenities in the kitchen worked for us, with lots of extras (a teapot, espresso cups, baking dishes, pans, utensils, tongs, citrus squeezer, water jug, etc.) that were extremely helpful. The apartment furnishings were all of good quality and well selected and there were plenty of linens, towels and blankets. The building itself has extremely nice amenities including the fitness center and rooftop pool and decks with views of the Olympics, Lake Union, Mount Baker, the Cascades and the Space Needle. The front desk was staffed 24x7 which was very helpful. We made great use of the package room for deliveries and in spite of some hiccups it was very efficient and the building staff very helpful. One disadvantage was that the balcony was very noisy due to being close to I-5. There was occasional loud music you could hear in the apartment from the nightclub below on the weekends. The immediate neighborhood does not have a lot of street retail, shops and restaurants, but downtown and Capitol Hill are a surprisingly quick walk away which makes the location quite central. We paid extra for parking in the building which was a great convenience. This was our first experience living in a high rise and we quickly felt at home. We were very sorry to say goodbye to this rental. One thing to be aware of is that this is a third party rental, which means that all building issues no matter how small must be directed through Blueground. This arrangement can be frustrating as it often results in delays processing requests for service or information. You have to realize you are dealing with a corporation and do not get the personalized treatment we are used to from many individual Airbnb hosts.
