The apartment is perfect. But you have to check in by a app, where you have to scan all the id's of the guests.

Wonderful stay. With an excellent central location and incredibly comfortable atmosphere where you have all the utilities needed. Great and prompt response if ever in need of help. Much appreciated

We stayed here in March 2024 for a week. All-in-all we enjoyed it and would come back. Very spacious, well-cut appartment with high ceilings and parquet in good condition, in a building from ca. 1900, centrally located. The street is not very noisy but you will hear the trash collectors (across the street was a construction site and a guy sleeping in his car with the engine running as it was still a bit cold). This is evidently an appartment renovated to be rented out short-term such as AirBnB. The furniture is basic but mostly of decent quality (upper level IKEA except for some weird lower quality choices such as the faucets or the shower head). Cutlery and kitchen equipment are on the low end of the quality spectrum but we were able to make do. Simple, unobtrusive and not unpleasant decoration. We did not have problems with the heating as some other people have reported here (maybe they couldn't figure out the thermostat which is a bit quirky). Good WiFi.

The flat is spacious with high ceilings. Very happy choosing this place to stay.
