The place was very calm and quiet in the middle of a residential area near to kundamankadavu palam. The pond in the property was unserviceble against what they had shown in their page so we couldn't use. we faced water problems during our stay as the tank was having leakage which irritated us a little. Overall stay was fine barring the above mentioned issues.

It was beautiful place, residential area.. no noise surrounding the house, clean home... felt like our place, so comfy.... kids also equally enjoyed the place... was worth for what reason I had chosen the place.... help is available at all time with good support from the owner family as well.

Very nice Host. Property is in a very inconvenient location. Finding the place was a nightmare. Property is ok. Communications are excellent.

The place is exactly as shown in photos, calm and quiet neighborhood, stay brings us closer to nature with lots of chirpy birds waking us up in the morning, a lovely lawn with some fragrant flowers and trees for relaxing, and small kids can play around. Stayed with my mother after her surgery, so the availability of one bedroom on the ground floor and an additional restroom near the kitchen was very convenient. Swiggy and Uber easily available. Can cook for ourselves. Initially, we were unable to reach out to the owner, but later owner was always responsive and very helpful for any queries/concerns in spite of being in a different time zone, caretaker Unnietan is available always and manages the household requirements. Had a peaceful and comfortable stay and is highly recommended to anyone looking for a rejuvenating stay close to the city but calm environment.
