The good: - you cannot beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach and in the middle of everything. - the office staff is great and helpful. The bad This place needs a ton of maintenance. It is very neglected. - the walls are very stained and dirty - the floor is dirty. Even after it being mopped again it still has some sort of film on it. - The beds are uncomfortable - everything is old and run down. The patio chairs are dirty and rusty - the door handles fall off. The VERY Bad - the second bathroom smells like raw sewage. It’s so bad we couldn’t even use it. -The power went out constantly. Requiring us to get up at all hours of the night to flip the breaker because it’s unbearable without ac. This place should be shut down until the sewage or plumbing and electrical issues are fixed. Unfortunately we were stuck here because every place to fit our group of 6 was booked. We would’ve certainly left Day 1. Find someplace else. This is not it.

Le logement est vraiment très agréable. En face de la plage, à deux pas de tout. les chambres sont au calme. L'agence qui gère le logement est formidable. L'équipe est toujours très réactive, agréable et arrangeante. Toutefois les propriétaires devraient effectuer une révision générale avant les locations d'été pour tous les petits problèmes genre ampoule manquante, Climatisation un peu bruyante ou non fonctionnelle. Même si l'agence a toujours trouvé des solutions, il est utile de rappeler aux propriétaires que le coût est élevé et nécessite de l'impeccable. Encore merci pour ces belles vacances ! Et à l'année prochaine 🤞🙏

A few items were a little tired and could be replaced, e.g. outdoor chairs. A few light bulbs didn't work. Some paint work could do with a touch-up

La estadía a pesar de todo fue agradable pero si voy a destacar algunas cosas. Contras -Ni bien ingresamos al piso el olor, que provenía de uno de los baños, era muy desagradable y por la noche peor. -El suelo parecía que lo habían trapeado con una mopa sucia. -El mobiliario muy viejo y desgastado. -Una de las habitaciones tenía camas muy pequeñas y nada cómodas. -Las cortinas viejas y estaban salidas (nos dijeron que enviarían a alguien pero nunca llegó). -El internet no iba tan bien. Pros -Magnifica vista (aunque el mobiliario de la terraza estaba bastante desgastado) -Ubicación. Al frente de la playa, restaurantes y tiendas por todo lado y caminando a menos de 10 minutos de la estación de tren. -La cocina tiene todo lo necesario.

The location is fabulous, the apartment is spacious and clean and generally well-equipped. The Hello Homes team were also super helpful and communicative and responsive when I had questions/concerns ahead of our visit, I would very happily stay in a Hello Homes apartment again!
