We were here for almost a month but did not have a good time. There was mold in every room and when it rained heavily the water was coming trough the ceiling. They did come quickly though to sort of fix the mold in my kid's room but it shouldn't have been there in the first place. The worst thing was that the entire place was covered in a chemical disinfectant spray that smelled really strongly and made all the furniture and sheets sticky. The place looked nice on the pictures but it's all a bit worn down in reality and not very comfortable. There are dogs barking trough the night and there are trucks passing by in the street. We left a few days earlier but looking behind we should've left much sooner. Carlos replied quickly and was helpful in the chat though, but I got the impression he was quite hasty at check in and not very approachable. This apartment might be fine for short stays (if you don't mind the mold), but I wouldn't recommend it for a long period of time.

Es war wirklich sehr schön in der kleinen Unterkunft von Carlos. Der kleine Balkon lud jeden Morgen zum frühstücken ein! Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir für unsern Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Carlos hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Apartment. Es war sauber und ordentlich, es gab alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Couch und die Matratze vom großen Bett könnten erneuert werden. Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft die gibt es, ja. Man hat sie aber in den meisten Nächten gar nicht gehört und wenn dann nur kurz. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und ist einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Meer in ca 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen, der Supermarkt um die Ecke. Wir würden wieder kommen :-)
