Matt est un hôte très agréable; et l’appartement qu’il partage avec Sara a une vue exceptionnelle. Bel immeuble , et vue incroyable du 54eme étage .l’appartement est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée , “laundry”, et une salle de fitness avec piscine et jaccuzi sont à disposition! Sans compter sur la réactivité de nos hôtes qui a toujours été au rendez vous . Une bonne adresse pour les vacances et découvrir NY.

Truly 5 stars! Sara and her brother Matt are excellent hosts. We lived in Manhattan some years ago, and we wanted a nice place with a kitchen, laundry and space for the four of us to relax and be together when not going around the City. From the time I booked, Sara was very responsive and very nice, and when we stayed, her brother Matt was equally so. They did all the extra little things, and they clearly care about their guests. We felt that, and they even sent a gift my son saw and complimented (just to be nice). The gym was fantastic on the 30th floor, but it was clear the building is trying to make it more challenging for short term rentals, and so if you are a gym rat, reach out and make sure that still is okay. They said “our home is your home” and they meant it. It is a lovely unit, with great views, comfortable firm beds and fantastic hosts. Not cheap, but in our eyes, absolutely worth it!

Beautiful flat in heart of Midtown. Close to Times Square. Easy access both uptown and downtown. Hosts were beyond gracious and communicative. Highly recommend for both holiday and business travelers.

The view is completely stunning. No better way to see the city. Panoramic views across Manhattan. Apartment had everything we needed, walking distance to Broadway shows and Central Park, but also off the radar restaurants, bakeries, wine shops, and coffee shops. Apartment was bigger than it seemed online - lots of space. Hosts were great - Sara and Matt offered recommendations, reached out before we arrived, checked in while we were there. Could not have asked for more and would definitely stay there again.
