My daughter and I came to Delaware to visit Ohio Wesleyan and had a great one-night stay at Teresa’s. The room was quiet and comfortable and Teresa was so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed being there. Thank you, Teresa!

I needed a place to work and conduct meetings during the afternoon so I could watch the total solar eclipse (April 2024). Although it was an unusual request, Teresa was extremely accommodating. Although I only stayed for the afternoon, it would have been great to stay longer. Teresa and Gary were extremely friendly and fun to talk to. I also got to partake of some delicious home-cooked and healthy food. The property is unexpectedly beautiful with the pond and surrounding woods. We all watched the eclipse together and it was a truly memorable experience.

The hosts are respectful and accommodating if you have additional needs of staying. They are laid-back people, so it is very easy adjust for my staying. It must stay if you want a quiet neighborhood and if you enjoy the nature--there is a pond behind the house. I have seen deers, blue heron, and flock of ducks in the backyard, and surround the pond.

My friend and I were in town for the Stevie Nicks and Billy Joel concert. The hotel I booked was in drug town USA. We refused to stay there. We managed to find a hotel on Friday night, but everything was booked for miles on Saturday. Reached out to Teresa. She was fast in responding. Also, she was very helpful to our dilemma. Great couple with a very peaceful place. I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for everything!
