Location is great, John and Julie super helpful and friendly. The apartment is quiet and cozy, and having use of the bikes is a great amenity to have access to. Very much enjoyed our stay.

John and his sister Julie set the gold standard for what an Airbnb should be! Easily the most well maintained home we’ve ever stayed at. Everything you could possibly want was never more than an arm’s length away. As close to being at home as we’ve ever been while traveling. We couldn’t possibly rate them any higher. Outstanding! First and foremost is the location. No more than 5 min and your toes are in the sand at the beach. Then the many restaurants and bars at Riviera Village are about 10 min away at a leasure pace.

Fantastic place to stay. Close to the beach. Great for folks that like to walk. Walk to Hermosa very doable and Manhattan was fairly easy. And flat. Great local places to eat and shop. Loved it 😍
