Euginio's place was excellent and we would love to go back. First, Ferrara is a gem medieval city with beautiful 14c buildings, every street full of cafes, res restaurants, and bars. Every weekend, there is something going on in the main Plaza. Euginio's place is right in the middle of all this. you couldn't ask for better location. The place was spacious with lot lots of amenities for us to stay for a whole month without needs. Eugnio was also very responsive and friendly in communications. Unusual for many European places, it had AC in every room, lots of towels, and great hot water! The only thing I would warn people is that it is three floors up without elevators so it can be a bit of work getting large bags up.

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, extrêmement bien placé au coeur de Ferrare, mais un peu à l'écart des rues les plus passantes. Deux belles chambres, deux salles de bains dont une avec baignoire, un vaste salon. Chauffage très efficace. Attention, les escaliers sont raides et il y en a beaucoup pour accéder à ce dernier étage, et la cuisine est minimale.

The apartment was in an excellent location near everything. The apartment is on the top floor with a great view. The kitchen area is limited so just keep that in mind.
