Me and my fiance LOVED this home and area that was provided for us! The home was beautiful and cozy. The goats were super friendly and open to some scratches behind the ear and pictures. The hottub has a relaxing and private view. The front porch has the BEST view by far! Such a peaceful get away and much needed. Very friendly and down to earth hosts that were very informative and comforting. Then we got to buy some wonderful different cheeses on our way out! Make sure your car is a 4x4 or can handle rocky/hilly paths though but definitely worth it! Everytime we go to Missouri, we hope we can book it in time!

Peaceful stay. Road in rough, which she disclosed on the front end. Pretty drive to get there, except for a short stretch along the way. Loved the hot tub. They were very nice. Get the cheese!

We had a wonderful stay at the farm! The home was comfortable, clean and well stocked for our family of 6. The surroundings are lovely and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day (and cemented our decision that we need one at home!) We adored being able to interact with the goats and spent each evening with them. So darn cute and friendly. Buy some goat cheese! It’s delicious and I can’t wait to try the other flavors I got on our last day. Lesley was great to communicate with and very responsive. Her description of the road coming in is accurate…we have a big 4wd Yukon and haul a sizable trailer. We opted to stow our trailer during our stay out of caution. It’s worth the rocky road in though! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thanks Lesley, Barry and all of our goat pals!

We enjoyed our stay on your farm. Your self-built home is very nice and the cheese was delicious. Thank you for sharing it with us and being attentive to our requests. The house was very quiet and it was fun to hang out with the goats, wild birds and chickens; very entertaining! Being "birders," it was especially fun to even see a pileated woodpecker! If you're looking for a rustic home to escape to, and don't mind a rough drive down a rocky hill to get there, this house will meet those expectations.
