pros: - close to the mall (direct walkway from level 3 at carpark) - washing machine - homestay allowed - self checkin cons: - photos do not reflect its tired condition and severe lack of TLC - flat not clean, dusty in places, most things are dirty, dusty, mouldy - hairdryer with 2 pins plug! - broken toilet seat - 1 of the bathroom windows doesn't shut properly, meaning insects can come in - no stove but has extractor fan?! - very bad quality, worn and threadbare towels with stains and holes - worn/bobbled bedding with stains - lack of supplies (only half a toilet roll is provided for 3 nights stay, no handsoap, washing up liquid, washing detergent, only shampoo is provided) In summary, it needs a thorough clean and good quality bedding and towels.

Good stay in a spacious apartment, good for 3-6 persons. bathroom door a bit jammed. bedroom pillows a little too soft needed two per person per bed to support head. relatively close to convention hall. Generally clean apartment.
