Stayed at Mina's place for 2 weeks to be within walking distance of family. Excellent communication with Mina who is very attentive and even left us a surprise gift, much appreciated! The place is exactly as described and all the amenities work well. There is occasional minor noise from upstairs during daytime, but not enough to bother us. The surrounding area is nice, calm and very walkable. Finding a parking spot close by was never an issue. Overall an excellent stay!

Had an amazing stay. The host is proactive and always ready to help. Felt like part of the owner’s family. Will recommend the stay to everyone. The information listed on the profile is 100% accurate and the proximity to tram (just 90m) and supermarket is one of the perks to this location :)

Sono stata a dir poco benissimo nell'alloggio di Mina. Lui e la sua famiglia sono persone adorabili, molto gentili e disponibili. C'era tutto ciò che serviva e nel caso fosse mancato qualcosa Mina era subito pronto ad aiutarmi. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia stare in tranquillità in un appartamento accogliente e confortevole.

I got chance to stay over a night at Mina's place and I was astonished how remarkably an underground room can be built. All high-tech facilities available including a big screen TV and a Xiaomi Stick with which you can watch youtube or sign-in to Netflix/Prime video. Mina was right there to response me during my stay. Thanks and I recommend this place.
