Great place to stay in Deal, close to all shops and restaurants and you can’t beat the sea view. The flat was warm, clean and the beds were comfortable. Great value for money for a couple or small group. Even though the flat was on the top floor it wasn’t noisy at all, the neighbours didn’t make a sound

Five star all the way! Second time we’ve stayed with children and would highly recommend staying here. Great location and outstanding views from this top floor apartment. Super responsive and helpful hosts. The welcome bottle of wine and gift were the icing on the cake 😊

We had a wonderful time staying at Matt’s place. The apartment is ideally located and had amazing views when the sun came out. It had every amenity we needed and Matt was very responsive and communicative. We really appreciated a late check out meaning we could make the most of our last day with a walk down to Kingsdown. Highly recommend dinner at Frog and Scott, coffee at Hut 55 and exploring the High St. We would stay again next time in Deal!

Great location, amazing view! very specious, clean. But it's few floors up so carrying big suitcase might be hard work for someone. The only thing that wasn't as good as everything else - sofa beds. For 2 night stay - not bad. But if you stay longer or have bad back - not ideal
