We conveniently added a 2nd gen Tesla Charger in the garage for guests to use and provide parking for up to 4 cars. Sunny Side Up can host up to 12 people, providing 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries will be provided. We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience. The living room is a warm and inviting area that is great for relaxing. Cozy up on the sectional couch by the user-friendly natural gas fireplace while watching a movie or sports game on the 65” smart tv. Cable, Netflix, and Disney+ are provided. Whether you’re planning to cook a grand dinner or just preparing a quick breakfast, our kitchen includes top of the line stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, a coffee maker and many kitchenware essentials. Mingle around the island that seats 5 or gather around the inviting 10-seater square dining table for a group meal or a fun game night. If you’re interested in some friendly competition, there is a pool table in the loft upstairs. The open floor plan supports social togetherness for the whole group, but also allows for individual activities to occur within the kitchen, dining table, living room and loft. Groups can occupy themselves in different ways, yet still communicate with one another. We value our home and want it to stay in good condition. If there is any evidence of partying, including alcohol spills all over the floor and messes caused by alcohol sickness, there will be a charge for extra cleaning. We ask guests to be respectful towards the neighbors by keeping the noise and music down, especially after 10PM. Our neighbors will instantly call the cops and the code enforcement if noise is excessive. We ask that guests only book with us if they are not planning on partying *IMPORTANT: If for some reason something is broken, not working, or missing, we do our best to to repair it or order specified parts needed to replace or repair as quickly as possible. However, we do not offer any guarantees, refunds, or compensation if something is not operational during your stay. *IMPORTANT: Reservations cannot be cancelled due to weather. Please check the weather report. If it is snowing or has snowed recently, tire cables/chains may be REQUIRED. During winter months (Nov 1- Apr 1), California law states all vehicles must carry chains. We have unpredictable weather and freezing temperatures where chains could be needed at any time. Make sure to check with Cal-Trans or CA Highway Patrol for current road conditions. R-0: No Restrictions R-1: Chains or snow tread tires required. Snow tires must have a tread depth of 6/32″ with an M&S imprint on the tire’s sidewall. R-2: Chains required on all vehicles, except four-wheel drives or all-wheel drives with snow tread tires on all four wheels. Four-wheel drives must carry chains in the vehicle. If you have four-wheel drive, engage it. Use 4-Low only if your vehicle becomes stuck. R-3: Chains required on all vehicles, no exceptions. If the chain control requirements are not followed, the CHP will make you turn-around and get them if you don't have them, so it is best if you have them in your vehicle before you leave.
