We had a great stay - the view is phenomenal! A lot of thought went into these homes - the blankets for curling up on the couch or in the chairs outside, well-equipped kitchen. And having the trail right there is fabulous. My one feedback would be that the inside is a little tired - torn blind so not all of the light was kept out, some issues with the sink/door, no batteries for the white noise machine. Megan was incredibly responsive when we called and the sink/door was fixed very quickly, batteries dropped off. The patio outside was perfect - and lots of weeds (well, slightly fewer, I couldn't help myself and did some weeding). A walk through and freshening would be great. The bar/pizza place right next door is well worth a visit!

This place is located at the most perfect cliff. There is a river running below and at night all you hear is the water. The property itself is new modern and decorated very tasteful. I took my puppy and he was very comfortable in the space as well.

We had such a fun time at this Airbnb! Very clean and homey. We walked to the River Rock Roasting Co just next door for coffee and lunch and it was awesome! Super easy drive to Zion also! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The location and views were great. Check in and instructions were very easy to follow and communication throughout the stay was great. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful view very close to Zion and Bryce Canyon! Hiking trail down to the creek from the airbnb. Really convenient and nice if you have a dog, as there is a gated backyard. Would definitely recommend staying here!
