The good 1. The serounding with awesome view n large open space The bad 1. All ceing fans are very2 rusty 2. AC not cooling enough. Already inform care taker. Indorm tech will look into it but no one turn up 3. Windows n door also rusty n hard to open 4. Very unclean window n sliding door 5. Overall house really need refurbishment and in my opinion, the condition of house not worth the amount paid. User should opt fot newer rhu or markisa villa. Avoid ketapang villa

A whole unit next to the beach with great outdoor space and private pool. We were a group of 8 bikers from KL. Loved the outdoor space to chill and hang around. The rooms are basic enough for our stay, not expecting resorts nor hotel facilities. Just a good homestay hosted. The only thing that would complete the unit would be AC in the living hall :)

A perfect place to escape from busy and hectic city life. Peaceful beach sound and breeze all around the clock. An overall excellent place to gain back the energy from nature, for us and for the family.

A nice, well-maintained seaside hideaway - hardwood flooring was a bonus for us. The sea was rough due to unexpected wind but the swimming pool was ample for all of us. Once the sun appeared during the second day, it revealed the full potential of the surrounding area. Nice feedback from all the members of the trip. Definitely will visit again during calmer months
