We loved our stay at Park Place in Lionel. Agnes and Alasdair's hospitality was exceptional. They suggested so many great experiences. Park Place was a great value, the house is lovely and the setting overlooking the ocean was beautiful. The only reservation we have about gushing over our stay is it may be difficult to book again.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir den Leuchtturm und die dortige Umgebung. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind sehr hochwertig. Die Empfehlungen des Vermieters waren für uns sehr hilfreich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder auswählen.

A fabulous week in Parkhouse. Immaculate with everything you need for your stay. Beautiful scenery without even having to leave the house. Lovely, friendly hosts who are very helpful and an unexpected 'Welcome' basket with yummy cake. It couldn't have been any better.

Agnes and Alasdair are great hosts and helped us even on the way to the island. The house is beautiful, well equipped, very clean and spacy. It's at a walking distance from the beautiful Port Ness beach where we saw some seals. Eoropie beach and dune park (with a great playground) as well as the Butt of Lewis Lighttower are also accessible with a very short drive. Don't forget to book your ferry to the island in advance as they are fully booked very quickly during summer.

Perfect cottage, perfect location and warmest of welcomes. The house is beautifully restored with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. Would recommend a visit to the Butt of Lewis for spectacular rock formations, the children’s park between the sand dunes at Eorpie and a wee swim at Ness beach by the harbour.
