We had a phenomenal 6 nights at Gene & Gretchen’s exploring Vancouver! Everything was perfect and the location was quiet and private, with access to some great food at Farrar’s and good beer and wine just up the road! Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for some nature, a wonderful private home, and excellent friendly hosts!

A beautiful Studio in an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking trails nearby are a big plus. The studio is fantastic and the setting is idyllic. It is also a good value for such a nice place. I might even consider staying here when I am working in Portland. It is that serene.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we will definitely be back. Gene & Gretchen are very accomodating and the place is lovely.

We were in town, visiting our daughter, and had the pleasure of staying with Gretchen and Gene. Gretchen met us immediately upon arrival, despite the rain. She was extremely communicative and helpful. The studio is spacious, well equipped, and well decorated. It is a comfortable space to spend time in. I especially appreciated the swivel tv option! Everything was well labeled and in wonderful operating shape. It is quiet and a beautiful spot. We appreciate the recommendations and the graciousness of the hosts. We will stay again!
