We enjoyed our stay in San Antonio. Pros: The neighborhood is older, but safe. The house was clean. Lots of bedrooms and 3 baths. Negatives: -The listing description mentions that "Eventually will feature possible connected second house once construction completed." I was not expecting other renters in the house structure. Their door access is separate from the main house, but I was not expecting to share the driveway or edifice with other renters. One renter got confused and came in through our kitchen door. -There are 3 bathrooms, but there was an add-on remodel (Jay told me later) that required the water to be routed to the entry bath separate from the main hot water supply. As a result, the entry bathroom shower does not get very warm...just lukewarm. -Master bath cupboard door was broken, as was our utensil drawer. I was told his maintenance man has been out. -Dishwasher only opened 70%. Was tough to use. Jay said both things would be fixed, but were not completed.

Great place for an entire family. We had plenty of room for a family of 10 with a few kids. Backyard to the gazebo was very inviting and spacious. We will be staying again. Thank you Jay for the hospitality!

The house was BEAUTIFUL, exactly like the pictures. Every bedroom came with a personal set of towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with condiments, pots/pans, coffee, etc. The host was VERY responsive from the time I reserved the bnb to the time we checked out. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks again for all the hospitality!
