The place was even nicer than i thought based on the pictures. Very large and spacious, fit me, my parents, and my brother and his wife and kids comfortably (theres 2 Queen beds, 1 king, and 1 pull out bed (queen sized) in the couch. The resort had plenty to offer with activities for kids as well as hot tubs and heated pools so we could still go for a swim on some of the chilly days. Overall well worth the price paid (I'd say it's probably worth even more and Barrett gives a generous deal).

Very spacious and well maintained place. We have 4 adults and 2 kids in our group. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we had a lot of fun.

The unit looked exactly as pictured and was clean and plenty of space. The bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and clean as well and the washer and dryer worked well and very convenient to have right there when traveling with little kids. Barrett was very responsive though he couldn’t really answer many questions as he consistently directed me to check with the front desk since it is a resort. The resort itself is very nice with a lot of activities and options for people of all ages.

I traveled with my wife, 3 young kids and parents to Welk Resort in San Diego and we all had an amazing time. The resort features multiple pools and activities, so you really don't have to leave if you don't want to. However, if you do want to explore, the location affords the opportunity to be a short distance to the coast, the mountains, the desert and the city of San Diego. So many things to do! We decided a mix of resort days and day trips was perfect for us. The condo is clean and a great size for a party of 7. Barrett answered all of my questions quickly and was a pleasure to rent from. We plan to back in the future.
