The good: This condo is located in a beautiful area near Lake Mead and Henderson. The view from the balcony is lovely and we had wonderful weather to enjoy it. The host was friendly and responsive. The bad: the condo desperately needs maintenance. There were areas being held together with duck tape like the carpet threshold and bathtub faucet. There was a shower pan inside a closet, the furniture was pretty banged up and majorly scratched. The screen is broken in the bedroom so you can’t really open the window, table and chairs in dinning room were breaking down pretty bad - careful where you sit! Just felt like the owner was trying not so spend any money on the place, very poorly cared for. The host gave us a discount to help with the disappointment of the condo, he was very nice about it and said the condo would be worked on next month. We stayed March of 2024 for reference there.
