Initially got the wrong pin to the pad Saturday night so I had to check in somewhere else to stay for the weekend since he’s offline on Sundays. However , after that it was seamless. Pretty Clean for the most part and as expected for a place that allows pets. The community management also reached out to see if i needed anything and that was nice. Ben said the internet was basic internet and i confirmed it was through comcast/xfinity running at around 50mbs downloaf and 10 upload. It’s a beautiful little place with plenty of shopping and outdoors to do. Would recommend but plan ahead as hid places seem to be booked up.

When I checked I was unable to enter the house, it was difficult to get in touch with Ben. When he finally got back to me I got into home and it was filthy insidewith pet haireverywhere, the kitchen was dirty, the coffee machine was full of mold, the master bath was urinated in and not flushed. I got back in touch with Ben and he said he would have it cleaned up the following day. The next day his cleaning service called me on the phone and started arguing with me and got angry because she had to clean the house. Ben assured me that he was going to deduct the $200. Cleaning fee from my bill which he never did. I am very disappointed and unhappy with him and my experience.

it was clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware the TV's it shows in the bedroom pictures don't work but it was okay
