Hi! My room is full renovated with window seating, desk, kitchenette and a brand new en-suite with rainfall shower! In the bustling Leith Walk area of Edinburgh with plenty of local restaurants, pubs and shops we're also only 15 minutes walk from Princes Street! This is a private en-suite room in my family home as part of a large flat, I live here with my 2 teenage sons (and their little dog Rocky) in a private part of the flat.

Cozy place with easy access to visit Edinburgh! Ollie was a discrete host and helpful when needed. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.!
Beautiful apartment in great location!
Really well appointed very modern, comfy and all things high quality. Ollie was really communicative and helpful. Now and again there was a bit of noise from above and outside. Of which this can’t be controlled, but is part of being in the heart of it all. Nice and easy to be close amenities. Coop right opposite was handy.
Had an amazing stay in Ollies lovely flat! Ideal location with anything you could want/need during a visit to Edinburgh. I am frequent visitor to the city seeing family, so will definitely be looking to stay again in the future

I love the local area which is full of quirky restaurants and pubs, favourited of mine are The Black Fox, Bodega and Lucky Yu! My fave coffee shop is OQO - Your Coffee Nook which is a lovely relaxing place to spend an hour or so and does great food too!
I am 10 minutes walk from the Tram terminus at York Place which you can take to and from the Airport. is also a great bus service with a stop one a minutes walk away.

Hi, I'm Ollie, I've lived in Edinburgh most of my life, was born in Edinburgh and also work here full time. I'm relaxed, enjoy the odd night out and my hobbies include travelling round Scotland, photography and golf. I also enjoy a bit of cooking and baking (not as much as I'd like) so if you're around when this is happening you're welcome to share! ;) My favourite places in Scotland are probably the Isle of Mull and the Isle of Arran although I love anywhere North and West. I travel there frequently (previously in my warm and friendly Motorhome Gloria) now also using Airbnb! :)
