The 1996 built all electric cabin has 1,008 heated sqft. with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom with HVAC and a beautiful wrap around balcony. The cabin features laundry and kitchen appliances. This property is private and amazing get away for an individuals or family. You'll know you're on vacation when you walk in. This private beautiful cabin with all the amenities! You'll have trouble deciding whether to spend your days inside snoozing, on the deck watching the wildlife and scenery, or getting active on the lake and trails! This cabin has antenna TV (local channels only) and a DVD Player, but NO INTERNET or Cable! The TV has HDMI ports for customers to bring their own gaming devices too. Cell service is fair. (Verizon tower users get better service). Cellar hot spots works okay at the cabin. Cabin is in the woods on the North Ridge of Lake Wister. 20 minutes from Poteau. 30 minutes from the Winding Stair/Talimena Scenic Byway in the Ouachita National Forest. Hiking, swimming, or just relaxing on the deck! The property also has a second storage building. This building is off limits to tenants. We do ask tenants to put their trash in the storage building that can be accessed by the middle barn doors. Just pull the cord to open the barn doors. Please do not let children access the 2nd floor of the storage building by themselves. We are not responsible for accidents.
