The location of this place is set up the hill with beautiful mountain surroundings. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. It’s reachable by car but off the beaten path, which is what we wanted. It’s not in town so you’ll definitely need a car, and a smaller one will be easier to maneuver around the bends. We enjoyed the views, swam in the pool, used the grill for dinners. Overall a great stay. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle.

Absolutely stunning villa with incredible views. We were 3 couples who travelled for a relaxing week away and we loved every moment. My only note would be on the air con, only 2/3 rooms have air conditioning. Unfortunately me and my husband drew the short straw on this so the nights sleeping weren’t very comfortable but otherwise everything was wonderful. The housekeeper and host were extremely wonderful at helping us out and showing us round

The house was amazing and so beautiful. I can highly recommending it. We were 3 families (6ppl and 3 babies). We had more than enough space. - Property is very well managed. Laura, the host, kept asking if everything was ok and made sure we had everything. The property keeper was amazing and helped with cleaning pool, making fire. - House is located in the middle of a small olive grove in the hills. 5min from a small village, 20min from Lucca center and 20min from Pisa center. - The path up to the house is beautiful and goes through the woods. It is very steep, a good car is a plus ( although we also managed to get up there with a small Seat) - Pool was amazing and big enough to swim laps (abt 15 strokes per side) - House had an outoor gym and BBQ - Near the pool and BBQ there is an additional Kitchen and toilet and shower which is very useful - All rooms were very clean and well maintained (had own bathroom and shower) - Kitchen had everything we needed. - Wifi worked well

The garden and pool area is very nice and well maintained. Also it is very nice located! The house was not clean, so we had to clean especially the kitchen items by ourselves. We tried to talk with the owner about it but there was no understanding for our complaints. For the price we expected a higher cleaning standard.

Villa nel Bisco is a really beautiful villa in the hills close to Lucca. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms have airconditioning. The garden is very well maintained and you have all the privacy. The swimmingpool is huge and with all the facilities you can imagine. The only downside is getting there. the road is very steep with many sharp hairpin bends.
