We stayed at Laurent and Marie’s place for four days and we loved it. It’s really nice apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s such a great place, different style of living and the art style is amazing too. Flawless email communication with the host. Everything you need, Laurent or Marie will help you. If you are first time in Paris, the host will guide where to go and what shops, restaurants to try. All amenities are around and you can find train station and tram service in 5 min from the house, metro is 10-15 walk. To go to Paris I recommend to use train, because it’s faster, around 12 minutes. Metro is very convenient when you have a plan what you need to visit. I definitely recommend the place.

Laurent and Marie's place was a gem! The open plan with great windows allowed for a light, peaceful and airy atmosphere. The place was rustic charm with lots of character. It's far away from the buzz of the city centre but transport options are within a short and easy walk. The accommodation had all my family and I needed to be comfortable. Cosy sleeping arrangements, a bathroom, a kitchen with all the utensils and even a speaker that we put to good use. Also, the arrangement of French books and comics that Laurent and Marie had on display were a treat. Instructions on how to enter the stay were clear and concise and both hosts were easy to get into contact with whenever we needed. Thanks Marie and Laurent for letting us stay at your place!

This place is perfect, if you want to be a little bit outside of the Paris craziness but be in the center within 30 minutes. Me and my friend enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location. Haha I would say if your over 6ft the tub is definitely a challenge but easily doable.
