10/10 stay even though it was a short one and I highly appreciate Greg helping out with a place to safely store my luggage because I had a flight much later than checkout time

Easy check-in, good location - bus stop in front of the house, you can easily get public transport, very private, friendly and responsive host. Clean and comfortable.

Great location. it's on a road where you can easily get public transport but is also set back from the road so it is quiet. Very private, very responsive host. Very clean.

We just left BIM after 2 weeks in 'The Pad' hosted by Greg. I would love to not leave an exceptional review in hopes that I can keep this place a secret but in all honesty this place is THE BEST. First off let me just say that the location (for us) was top notch. Our 2 favorite place are Oistens and SLG and the Pad was smack Dab in the middle which meant getting in each direction was simple and perfect. Greg was THE BEST host, we had a change in flights which brought us to BIM a day earlier so we we booked a hotel for one night thus he allowed us to check in early and also was kind enough to leave us a little welcome package upon arrival. We had just a tiny issue which we let him know about right away and he was there Pronto to fix it. The pics did not do this place justice...HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
