Great location, clean and neat, though overdue for a renovation. The rooms are tired – carpets worn, furniture scuffed, and the bathroom needs a lot of attention (very old fittings, bath etc). But you can't beat the location at the top of Flinders Lane. So convenient to everything. We have stayed there a few times and would do so again, but just hope the owners spend a few dollars sprucing the place up soon!
Great value. Close to everything. Construction noise next door didn’t really bother us.
I loved staying here. Punthill were responsive and it was easy to check in.
Very good location on flinders lane in the Paris end of Melbourne. Only issue is the major building works next door starting from 7am.
