This place is an absolute steal. The apartment is big and clean. Theofilos provided tap water, a basket of snacks and plenty of towels etc. the location is great and we didn’t need to use any public transport but there’s options close if you need. Would definitely recommend or stay here again.

Very friendly host, a basket of snacks and bottles of drinking water were kindly provided. The place is in good location close to sightseeing. The cats are cute on the street and want always to come into the apartment 😀. In general, I think it is well worth the price.

From the moment we booked our stay, Theofilos was quick to communicate and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in. It's well-equipped with amenities to make us feel right at home. Theofilos truly goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the fantastic location of the rental. It's conveniently situated, allowing easy access to attractions, activities, restaurants, & bars. The neighborhood is vibrant and lively, allowing us to soak in the local atmosphere. Theofilos is genuinely friendly and hospitable. He was always available to answer any questions we had and promptly addressed any concerns. It's evident that he takes great pride in being a host, and it made our stay even more memorable. Theofilos was very nice and accommodating to us. The apartment is at a great location in Athens and you can walk to the most important places to visit and also to the metro station. I would recommend!
