The place is downstairs but has got a lovely and cosy view to a private backyard. Lovely living room and interesting details in the whole appartement. The beds are very comfortable and the neighbourhood was quite for a good night sleep. Sam was very helpful and flexible with our arrival and departure. There is great restaurants in the neighbourhood such as the Portobello Italian place for dinner, cherry on for breakfast and a grocery store just around the corner and so much more!

Sam was a great host, he let us check in early when we arrived and responded right away with any questions we had. His place is a minute walk to the subway and there’s lots of things to do around Notting Hill. The condo is an underground unit so it was pretty quiet, the furniture is all old and the bathrooms are old as well. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and it was plenty of space for our family of six. Thank you Sam, we will be back!

Fantastic location for seeing London and surprisingly quiet despite being so central. Very comfy beds, good showers and some of the features, especially the doors with stained glass and the sliding mirror were just a pleasure to be around. The whole flat is however a lot more 'shabby- chic' than the photos suggest. The kitchen is a lot more tired in reality. The dishwasher appears to have been out of service for some time and we ended up washing dishes before using them to feel comfortable. There is only 1 shelf in the fridge and the cafetiere was incomplete. The back toilet/shower room window could do with a blind as it looks onto a footpath. Overall a great flat but could do with a review of the inventory and a deep clean.

Sam is a fantastic host and was always very responsive to messages. He allowed a flexible check in and was accomodating to our needs. The apartment itself is very nice but a lot smaller than the photos appear and had a few quirks, such as a tricky lock, a dishwasher not working and a door in the kitchen cabinet that kept popping open. It is very close to Notting Hill Gate Metro station but also a lot quieter than we expected so we got a good night's sleep. I would recommend it to families or 2 couples. We really enjoyed our stay.

Appartement très cher avec des photos qui datent et ne correspondent plus à la réalité. 6 équipements qui ne fonctionnent pas. Service conciergerie présent avec beaucoup de paroles et aucun acte sérieux pour remédier aux problèmes. A ne louer sous aucun prétexte tant que l'endroit n'a pas été rénové et les équipements défaillants réparés
