The apartment was excellent for a short stay - two weeks in our case. It's not a luxury apartment, and was showing a bit of wear in places, but the bed and bedding were high-quality and very comfortable - as were the bathroom towels and accessories. It's in a quiet and central location - in Chinatown, just off Little Bourke Street, with a 5-minute walk to the trams on Bourke Street, via Market Lane. It's within walking distance of the main shopping areas and food courts, and there are lots of inexpensive restaurants nearby. It had plenty of space, and everything we needed, including full-size washer and drier, ironing board and iron, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. It didn't have much of a view. If there is to be a next time, we would request an upper-floor room with a balcony. The electrical socket for the toaster wasn't working on arrival. It was fixed within two hours of reporting it the next day.

Overall good stay. Generous space. Decor a bit dated, but nice enough. Surprisingly peaceful and quiet in the unit at night considering it's in such a busy part of town. Had issues with wifi. Was very slow during the day, and not usable at all in the evening at peak time.

Great location. Situated in the middle of CBD. Managed to walk to many places and saved money on transport. Apartment was big and comfortable. Staff at reception was extremely friendly and accommodating
