Fantastic location, roomy townhouse and Joe was very responsive. Also accommodating to our travel for an early checkin by a few hours. Pleasantly surprised that the patio doors kept the cold out. Amenities very bare bones - just be aware. Will likely rent again!

Joseph is so great with communication, always responses so quick. We really appreciate that. I would say if it is only few days staying during the summer, it is great value in terms of price but won't recommend to stay for more than 2-3 days. House itself is not well maintained, a lot of daddy long-legs spiders are on the wall and ceiling. Many broken furniture and outlets. It is useable but barely, very minimalist. Trash was not emptied when we got there so a lot of flies flying around in front to the house. Location is awesome, very close to all the malls, super convenient, but other than that, I would say if you are there for vacation and very concerned of cleaninees, stay somewhere else.
