Très bon séjour. Hôtes disponibles et réactif
un lieux très paisible pour toute personne en quête de calme et d'opportunités de balades. on peut oublier sa voiture et s'aventurer sur les nombreux chemins qui permettent d'apprécier le paysage du Bugey. les hôtes sont très accueillants, discrets bien qu'habitant sur place et a l'écoute.
We really enjoyed our stay in the house. We came to escape the fireworks and it totally worked and we had an amazing stay with 2 dogs. Sarah and Claude were super friendly and always happy to help.
vriendelijke eigenaren, goed Engels, behulpzaam en 1 maal lekker gekookt voor ons van het beschikbare menu. zwembad wel wat fris maar lekker (was ook al oktober). mooie wandelroutes en mooi rijgebied. rustige omgeving. tips ter verbetering: afzuigkap in keuken, iets meer pannen met deksel, een stoel extra met meer comfort zou fijn zijn. maar het weer was fantastisch 1.5 week zomer van de 2 weken. we zouden nog een keet 1 van de andere gites kunnen boeken in de toekomst

自我介绍
I am (Sarah) English and Claude French. We have four children, a dog, cats and two ponies. We arrived in the Bugey in 2004 and have been renovating the forge du Perou ever since! After a very successful season with "the gite de la Forge" we had the oportunitiy to buy the Old school house (we fell in love with the house and it's position). We feel this area is very special, we have travelled widely and we are always pleased to get back to the Bugey. We want to share this undiscovered beautiful part of France that the French and Swiss neighbours have been keeping for themselves. In 2018 we bought the Gite du Grand Colombier, a more contemporary house. Open plan with a ground floor ensuite bedroom and a stunning terrasse with unique view, we felt that we would enjoy a holiday in this house !!!
