Communication with Jamie who manages the house was excellent. Very helpful and left nothing to chance. The house was exactly as described. We were reluctant to hire a house with a pool due to the young children with us so the play gym the back yard was perfect. The kids loved it. If we return to Phoenix we would book this house again in an instant. We all loved it. Thank you so very much Jamie.

The house was perfect for our needs. Jamie was very responsive to all our questions and needs. The swing set in the back was a hit with kids and adults. And the grapefruit tree was delicious! Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a wedding in Gilbert. The location was easy access, had plenty of room for a big family, and was in a great neighborhood within walking distance to a park. Would highly recommend!
