Nice amenities and ease of check-in, the host is responsive even after 11pm. All electronics seem to be working well and the wi-fi is also pretty fast. Furnitures are in good condition, and amenities are available. Having the jacuzzi is really nice although some parts seem to be rusty/not-well maintained, but it is still enjoyable. Location is nice, only 4 - 5 km from the center (Bukit Bintang/KLCC), but no view of twin tower or other landmarks (Merdeka/Menara KL) is available from the unit. No water dispenser, so we need to either prepare/buy or cook the tap water.

It was such a lovely and comfortable place for my long stay, and for that, thank you! The host was splendid and very responsive at any time of day, and almost all my concerns were addressed. The place matched the photos exactly, all amenities were available and working really well, and was super clean. Plus sides include: an absoluely beautiful view, stable and fast Wifi, safety measures and friendliness of security personnels, strategic location with an MRT station being 5 minute away and many stores nearby, and soundprooof, can sleep through fine. Just a few tweaks (of which its lack didn’t compromise my stay in any way) may include better maintenance of equipment/furniture (e.g., attend to some of the broken floor boards), and detailing the place of items (e.g. toothbrush) and steps to use some amenities guests may be unfamiliar with (e.g., washer, jaccuzi, etc). Overal, highly recommended and feels so much like home. I’d love to book again with Mr. Louix in the future!
