We can not say enough how much our family of 5 enjoyed Costas property. The open, high quality, beautiful linens and towels, as well as being right ON the lake. The house has a huge sliding wall that directly connects you to the awe inspiring lake and mountain ranges. There is a lawn that guides you to the boat slip that is protected with a privacy wall from the lake. The lake had fish, swans and many many ducks and ducklings. The kitchen has all you would need. We cooked in several nights and went to delicious restaurants the other evenings. We rented a boat from a highly recommended Sailing Garage shop right in town. (They were amazing and family owned)! We took the kayaks out on the lake in the mornings when the water was like glass. This location is stunning. All the beds were very comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully. We have already recommended this house to several of our friends. We will hope to be back soon. Thanks you Costa!!

The pictures do not do it justice—this home is beautiful and so peaceful right on the lake. Enjoyed our stay very much! Costa the host was incredible and helped us coordinate transfers. Wonderful stay right in Lake Como.

Great views, private and relaxing. Good living space, modern kitchen, bathrooms etc. Good location, near Varenna. Could use more thorough cleaning

Perfect. We rented this villa to have our whole family meet after almost three years apart and the vicious lock downs in Melbourne. It was a dream for us to sit outside late in the evenings, drink aperol spritz and talk about so much. The house was beautifully appointed for 8 people inside, with space for everyone to have a private moment or a break if needed. During the day we could easily walk to the ferry through the quiet town of Bellano to travel to the busier places to visit and shop, and when we returned swim or kayak to recover from the heat of July before making sinner in the beautiful kitchen and eating together as the sun went down behind an extraordinary view. Truely a wonderful experience. I would come again in a heart beat.
