lovely and comfortable place, close to my area of Assignment. bathroom sharing isn't much my thing, so I struggled with that a bit as well, could have benefited from heating, the heating (radiators) didn't come on at any point if my stay, the second day was a very cold one outside and I almost froze inside. overall, comfy, great location easy commute, responsive and proactive host.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The host was exceptionally responsive and hospitable, ensuring a delightful experience. The location was perfect, just a few walkable minutes from RPH. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Five stars all the way!

This place is very near to the Royal Preston Hospital, and a bus ride away from the town center. It is very convenient for people coming to Preston for short stays. Apart from the cleanliness of Mushtaq's place, what stands out more is his kindness and hospitality.
