So much potential but so disappointed. The cabin is very dated. Decorations are sort of odd compared to most cabins in the area. The cabin looked pretty run down from the front. Leaves are finished falling but they are piled up around the front of the cabin. Once inside the cabin was clean. The furniture is older, the master bed was pretty uncomfortable, and the master bathroom was basically a closet with a toilet and vanity that barely held my toothbrush and toothpaste. The refrigerator was cool at best. We didn’t eat our leftovers we brought back out of fear they were spoiled. The deck is in need of TLC and no decent outside furniture to sit and enjoy the view. We had an issue with the fireplace and holly was right on it. Great communication and very attentive to the need. This cabin was probably a gem 30 years ago but the trees have grown and blocked a lot of the view and there has been very little put into updating the cabin. Was hoping for so much more especially for the price.

Easy to get to and not far from town at all. The view was beautiful! The home was cozy and a perfect setup for our family. We felt right at home. Walk around the neighborhood bc it’s so cute and even more views as you walk up the street. We will definitely be using this place again!

All of the reviews were pretty spot on! You communicate directly with Center Hill Rentals so that is a little different but we had a lovely weekend!

We had an amazing time at this spot but the lack of amenities posed a lot of challenges. First of all- they left the fridge so warm we were afraid our groceries would get spoiled. There were strange directions on the fridge warning us we would have to turn the temp down but not too low. Why didn't they just leave it at a normal temperature?! The same with the hot tub, it took an entire day to heat up so we couldn't use it the first night. They only left out 1 bar of soap and there were 4 of us staying. There weren't any cooking spices, oils, cheese grater, wine opener, etc., so with each meal we would have to run to the store to buy what we needed to prepare a meal. There definitely weren't enough towels for four people and two tubs, nor did they leave enough garbage bags or dish towels out. There were bugs everywhere, we even saw a scorpion in the shower. Only half of the deck chairs weren't broken, the deck itself was in questionable shape and the nightstand in the master bedroom was so wobbly no beverages could be placed on it. We had a good sense of humor about it and still enjoyed our time. Everything was a bit off but if you bring your own supplies (all of your own supplies!) it was a really nice weekend with a beautiful view from the deck!
