The residents are all elderly meaning we could not talk loudly or play music with high volume. Also, the AC was poor and in that heat you could not leave the windows open because there were lots of insects that came in including: wasps, bees, flies, mosquitoes and spiders. The fridge is also very old and does not work very well. The dryer was also out of date and could not be used. They told us warm water comes in the evening but it was cold throughout the day and night. I think this type of accommodation is for just sleeping as the tv is outdated as well and cannot connect to things such as YouTube.

Our stay at Floriane's place was absolutly perfect. We had a long stay of 5 weeks for work purpose and this place truly became like a home for us. We had all the space, and all the needed excessories in high quality. We came with our baby and when we asked for recommendations, toys and assistannce Floriane and her beautiful, warm-hearted family were always available, generous, and kind to us, right from the beginning till the end of our stay - this made our stay in Saint Etienne truly perfect.

Super appartement idéalement situé pour aller en ville ou accéder rapidement aux alentours de Saint Etienne. L´appartement est chaleureux, spacieux, très propre, bien chauffé et très lumineux! Il transmet de très bonnes ondes, avec nos 2 enfants nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous. La place de garage est aussi un super plus!!
