Great little cabin with room for lord of guests! Me and some friends stayed here while skiing in Crested Butte and it was awesome! About a 30 minute drive to the ski resort.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the stay was cut short but the cabin was a great place to stay and the host was fast and responsive with our inquiries. I would definitely stay here again.

Virgil's Cabin is in a great location for access to fishing and other outdoor activities, the setting on the Gunnison is great and the cabin has all the needed amenities. The cabin is a little "tired" but I understand some renovations are coming. For the price, location, setting and amenities we'd definitely book here again. Thanks Jenny & BHHS.

This is a rustic cabin with a beautiful outdoor area ….fire pit and nice wooden chairs right on the river. We enjoyed a fire and fished every evening. Convenient location close to town. The one shower is quite small. The bed in the loft has a ladder access that is not ideal and is definitely not for everyone. The true bedroom does have some noise from Garlic Mike’s restaurant next door. We did enjoy a nice dinner there one evening. Comfortable beds and plush towels are provided. Nice living room furniture, large tv and new washer/dryer. Refrigerator squeals a bit. The keypad can be tricky. The fireplace was unavailable for use.
