Avoid this rental if you're looking for somewhere to relax. The town itself is quite nice, and the view is exactly as described. But it's impossible to enjoy it without a constant background of garbage club music. There is only one night of quiet a week - when the bar downstairs is closed. Otherwise the music starts at 8am (yes, 8am) and ends at 12pm every day. The apartment itself is badly in need of redecorating. It hasn't been refreshed in decades. The paint is falling off the walls in some places, there are mirrors missing, and there are nails in the walls with nothing hanging on them. The fridge in the kitchen downstairs only cools down to about 14 or 15 degrees - just warm enough for your milk to spoil. The shower heads in both bathrooms haven't been decalcified since they were bought and spray jets of water with enough pressure to cut through marble. The shower upstairs is less painful, but you'll be showering in the dark because the light fixture doesn't work. There are really only 2 redeeming qualities to this place - the view, and the staff. Since one of those is difficult to enjoy most of the time, if you want to stay at this place, your biggest priority should be friendly staff.
