The property has a fantastic, walkable location with stunning views. However the tradeoff is the street noise as the property is right on the main road. Motorcycles and ambulances are constantly going by. It’s nice and private and I have to mention the water pressure - amazing!! Although the home was very noisy as well - no sound absorption and very echoey. No curtains in the bedroom and lower level bedroom has a gaping hole and broken window so it gets quite cold. The kitchen could be improved with amenities as well. The power didn’t allow to run two things at once as the power fuse blew which wasn’t mentioned. Overall the place is stunning if the weather is nice to sit outside. It’s only a 5min walk from the train station and the views are spectacular. Host could improve a few indoor amenities for the price but we enjoyed our stay regardless.

We enjoyed our stay in Bellano. The house was in a good location. The bathrooms both could use some updating as far as the shower doors working properly. The view of the lake is wonderful so you forget about the few details that aren't so great.

Massimo’s studio was a wonderful place for our friends to gather and enjoy the beauty of Lake Como. It’s a 10 minute walk from the Bellano train station and 15 minutes from the ferry. The location is spectacular being right on the lake. A few of us went swimming off the dock. We ate every dinner on the terrace with those beautiful views. The place itself offers privacy for each guest with 4 bedrooms and an alcove with a twin bed off the main bedroom. The bathrooms are clean and functional, but could use a bit of an update. We all felt this place was perfecto!! We’d all come back again if possible.

We stayed here for four days as a group of six for a birthday celebration and had a really nice time! The Massimo Design Studio team was very friendly and accommodating, communication was great and quick. The equipment and furnishing is quite sparse, the downstairs bathroom is definitely in need of a makeover but the great terrace and private lake access made up for some of the flaws.

Absolutely stunning location and charming villa. A short walk into town to catch a bite to eat or shop, and equally short walk to catch a train or ferry. Yet this house also provides some amazing privacy and water access. We enjoyed lazy evenings cooking our own meals and swimming right off the back patio. Amazing place and an amazing, super responsive host. Couldn't have hoped for anything better for our first visit to Lake Como.
