Fantastic place to stay! Excellent views and a ton of privacy. The houses were well maintained and the pool is a great bonus!

Juan was a great host! We rented for family flying into town for my son’s college graduation. This was ideal. With three houses, each family had their own space. The main house was used for meals and come togethers. Great Lake views and open spaces. Thank you! Everyone was happy with the experience! Great memories all around.

The place needs a lot of work and the photos don’t describe the place. The water level has receded well over 100 feet since the photos were taken. These were also the issues with the place: - nails everywhere laying around on property (one guest stepped on one and it went in shoe) - glass in the blue couch upstairs, cut a guest - none of the tvs worked at all - water leaking roof in the second house on one of the beds - lack of towels (says it sleeps 16 which is not true) - mosquitos in all of the houses - everyone got bitten up while sleeping - photos in listing were way different than the actual home (photos must have been 5 years old or more) - oven did not turn off - no basic home necessities (paper towel, seasoning) etc - bathroom in second house was dirty - there was wet paint on doors when we showed up, like it was just painted

Great location and Juan is very responsive. The place itself was pretty decent - need to bring grill supplies (gas or charcoal) if you want to use it and there are only 8 beds. Other than that it was just as advertised.
