What a fantastic bed and breakfast! The location is within easy walking distance of all that Berkeley Springs has to offer. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The host was friendly and very flexible with us having to check in pretty late. It was a great experience all around!

Wonderful place to stay right in town with a super host. Very clean with an interesting and relaxing decor. Very welcoming and comfortable.

Curtis does a great job , place is located perfectly and it’s clean snd neat. The breakfasts were great, and even the jokes were pretty fair. We would stay here again.
