OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING & RELAXING AREAS GALORE RBO's expansive grounds of over 1,780sqms are fully fenced, including a separate fully gated swimming pool, perfect for a breakaway with friends or family. The landscaped native bushland in and surrounding RBO makes it feel like a private retreat. The patio with french doors opening out from the indoor dining area features an outdoor lounge setting, large 4 Burner Hooded Matador BBQ Kitchen with wok burner, overlooking the full size synthetic tennis court and onto the large gated solar heated swimming pool where you can enjoy the sun all day with sun loungers, outdoor dining table and chairs and an shade umbrella provided and enjoy either a hot or cold shower outside. Enjoy the on-site, private bushland area with another separate art infused patio area and hammock. LINEN Quality bedding and linen including a variety of pillow types is provided and included in the nightly cost to ensure ease and hygiene. In addition, a bath towel and a beach towel is provided per person, for use during your stay. POOL Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of October to April. It requires the sun to be effective. PRICING Minimum night stays and pricing vary throughout the year. Free wifi included. To ensure hygiene and convenience, your price includes accommodation, all linen and bathroom and pool towels. For your ease, basic kitchen amenities like foil, baking paper, glad wrap, oil, seasonings, flour, sugar and all cleaning products etc are provided for guest use for stay duration.
