A very nice place. I stayed here for 7 weeks. Dong and her family are very kind. The room is large with beautiful views overlooking the mountains. The large balcony on the top floor has great views. There's a Temple behind and it's nice in the evenings to sit back and listen to the sounds and the singing. There's also a cute white dog that lives at the Temple that I loved watching. The room is good for short or long stays as it's got everything that you need. You can cook, you can wash your clothes, and there's a table if you need to work. If you don't want to cook there's plenty of food options from restaurants, coffee shops, and food carts in the area. The best thing I loved though was how quiet it is to sleep at night. If you really want a place where you can get a quiet night's sleep, this place is perfect for that. I would highly recommend this place for other travellers.

Very nice place, and Dong is such a lovely host. My room was on the top floor. I had a large window overlooking the city, the mountains, and the temple behind. I had a balcony where the washing machine is so I could go out on sunny days and enjoy the weather. I also had a small window in the kitchen where I could see the river and the Dragon Bridge. The hotel also has a large rooftop where you can sit and take in the views of the river, the bridges, and the mountains, it's really nice up there. It is in the city centre, so a lot of things around. There's a bank with an ATM across the road, a Vinmart, bakeries, numerous coffee shops, and restaurants, and a few very cheap Banh Mi stalls on the street. Don't be put off by the busy street because when you're inside you can't hear the noise, the soundproofing in the building is very good. The area is very quiet, particularly at nighttime. You will sleep very well here. Another bonus is the hot water, it lasts a full shower, unlike a few other places I've stayed in where it dies within a minute or 2. If you're looking to get away from the beach and the expat areas, and stay in a quiet location, then I would highly recommend this place. I liked it so much I extended my stay, and probably will again. Recommended.
