We had a great time in this house. We were 5 adults and the house is perfectly big enough for that. The house has a very nice beach atmosphere. The decorations are all in that style as are the colors. Which gives a very relaxing feeling. The kitchen is very complete so you can cook absolutely everything. The BBQ is very good and the table in the garden is a perfect place to have dinner. The garden is very nice and comfortable. Beforehand I was a bit worried that I would find the garden too small (having a very big garden myself). But the pictures don't do it justice. It is a very nice garden with all the room you would like to have. Very nice that some shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Downtown Ventura is a bit further away. This is a nice and quiet neighborhood, which we like. If you like a more lively atmosphere around you, this may not be the best place. The beach is within walking distance. Susan was very responsive to all our questions and very nice and friendly. I can only recommend this place!

Our families found a home away from home at the Lee's beautiful family beach house. For the 7 days were there, we found it had to leave the warmth and comfort we experienced. Gatherings for Christmas and Sunday football made us feel so at home. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and harbor, beautiful palms surround the back yard with all amenities, beautiful decorations that will take you days to discover, awesome kitchen, fully equipped. Thank you Susan and Jimmy for memories that will last forever. I real gem for family vacations!

What a wonderful experience we had! The house was exactly as described and just beautiful at that. Our hosts provided plenty of equipment such as bikes, boogie/surf/paddle boards which made our time at the beach a blast. At the house there was a huge selection of board games and movies for all ages. Needless to say, no one ever complained about being bored! Our hosts were available to answer any questions and to help us find what we needed. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
