After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties. ALL rules must be observed. Want to just take a ride? We provide several adult & kids bikes (and helmets) so you can ride around the neighborhood or even down to the beach. Raining or just needing some down time? Let the kiddos enjoy the Xbox in the living room. Lots of folks rent golf carts or mopeds to enjoy getting around. We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay. Pets/dog only friendly with $150 fee.
